Geography - Economy Unit

We have been learning about the variety of industries that exist within an economy. The students were to talk to their parents regarding their line of employment and then classify it as belonging to the primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary or quinary sector(s). Through class discussions, we rationalized that most jobs today can belong to more than one type industry. It was concluded that the majority of student's parents belong to the tertiary sector.
